Republic Bank Caribbean Premier League (CPL) is proud to congratulate two of its senior leaders, Ravina Shankar, CPL's Business Operations Director, and Dr Tara Wilkinson-McClean, CPL's Head of Partnerships, on their selection to the Cricexec Women's Power 50 for 2026.

The Cricexec Women's Power 50 recognises the most influential women shaping the global cricket industry, spotlighting leaders whose work is driving the sport's growth, innovation and commercial success both on and off the field. This year's list includes executives from across broadcasting, commercial partnerships, governance and operations worldwide.

Ravina Shankar has played a pivotal role in overseeing the operational delivery of CPL's tournament each season, ensuring the league runs smoothly across its multiple Caribbean venues while continuing to raise standards in event management and logistics.

Dr Tara Wilkinson-McClean has been instrumental in growing CPL's commercial partnerships portfolio, forging relationships with brands and sponsors that have helped expand the league's reach and reputation as one of the most exciting franchise competitions in world cricket.

"Ravina and Tara are two outstanding leaders whose dedication and expertise have been central to CPL's continued growth," said Pete Russell, CEO, Republic Bank Caribbean Premier League. "This recognition from Cricexec is thoroughly deserved and reflects the impact they have made not only within our organisation but across the wider cricket industry. We are incredibly proud to see them celebrated on this year's Women's Power 50."

Speaking on the recognition, Ravina Shankar said: "It's a real honour to be included on this list alongside so many inspiring women in cricket. I'm grateful to be part of a league that continues to grow and innovate, and I look forward to continuing that work."

Dr Tara Wilkinson-McClean added: "Being recognised by Cricexec is a wonderful acknowledgement of the partnerships work we've built at CPL over the years. I'm thankful to our partners, sponsors and the entire CPL team for their support in helping us reach this point."

CPL congratulates all the women named on this year's Women's Power 50 list and remains committed to championing diversity and female leadership throughout the sport of cricket.
