MEDIA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are very excited to be bringing you another season of the Republic Bank Caribbean Premier League (CPL) and it is a real pleasure to be able to welcome you back to the Biggest Party in Sport.

We are pleased to announce that the application period for media accreditation is now open and it closes on Friday 25 July 2025. Applications made after this date will not be accepted.

Please carefully note the following terms and conditions:

  1. To apply for accreditation, you will need to submit a high-resolution passport size photo along with the Republic Bank CPL 2025 Accreditation Application Form which needs to be completed online at HERE. Without completing this online form your application will not be processed.
  2. Each media house will be granted a maximum of 6 media accreditations. No exceptions will be allowed.
  3. Even though up to 6 media accreditations may be granted per media house, only 2 persons will be granted access on match days for written press and 3 persons granted access on match days for television. Please ensure your internal arrangements for allocating staff to cover CPL matches take this allocation into account. All media will be expected to sign in on arrival.
  4. Please indicate which country or countries you would like to be granted access for when you apply online, including the playoffs and final.
  5. Approvals will be done on a match-by-match basis and you will be informed of which matches you have access to 7-10 days before the fixture. Accreditation for the final will be confirmed in the week leading up to the knockout matches as space will be at a premium. Acceptance of your accreditation request does not guarantee admission to the final. This will be confirmed separately.
  6. Accreditation passes are strictly NON-TRANSFERABLE. Any media representative who gives their pass to another person will be asked to leave the ground and will have their accreditation, and the accreditation of the media house they represent, revoked.
  7. Media accreditation permits access to the Media Centre ONLY. Entry into patron stands, field of play and other areas is NOT allowed.
  8. If you require field of play access for photography, please indicate this on your application. The number of Field of Play passes will be strictly limited and will be allocated on game day by a member of the CPL Media and Communications team. A system will be put in place for these to be requested before each match and will be given out on a first come, first served basis.
  9. The Media Centre will open one (1) hour prior to the start of the match and will remain open for approximately 60 minutes after the match.
  10. Refreshments, WI-FI and TV screens will be available for working media inside the Media Centre.
  11. An overflow media area in the stands may also be available with access to the Media Centre facilities at certain venues. You will be advised of whether such an area is in force when you arrive at the ground.
  12. Non-accredited persons will NOT be allowed into the Media Centre or the overflow seats under any circumstances. Unauthorized persons found in the Media Centre will be immediately escorted out by security.
  13. Any person/persons found recording live footage of the match will be given a first warning; a second offence will lead to removal from the stadium and accreditation will be revoked. This will be enforced vigorously, and all media are advised to note this stipulation of their media accreditation.
  14. Any member of the media who breaches the guidelines, terms, conditions or policies that are laid out in this document will have their accreditation for that season revoked. The Republic Bank CPL will also reserve the right to refuse accreditation for future seasons for any individual who breaches these terms and conditions. The CPL may also refuse future applications from the media house for whom the person who has breached the guidelines, terms, conditions or policies is working.

Please contact us via e-mail at media@cplt20.com if you have any questions or queries. We look forward to welcoming you to the Republic Bank CPL 2025 and thank you for your ongoing coverage of the tournament.
